The update, which is the standard over-the air, includes a great deal of improvements with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. These include enhancements to the UI, an updated version of Android system apps, and a much more advanced camera app, amongst other things. The update will also include much improved battery life.
Per usual, there will be manual update option available if you don't feel like waiting for the OTA, and you can find the download link and instructions here as soon as it's discovered.
If you're not one for manual updates, Google and Sprint usually roll these out in phases, so you shouldn't have to way too long.
I would imagine most would get the Android 4.0.4 by the end of the next week.
